Based in the heart of Shropshire in the Midlands, Wileq was founded by Lynda Williams when she realised there was room for a clothing range that offered a little ‘equestrian chic’. As an experienced horsewoman and self confessed horse fanatic, she wanted to give the equestrian a collection that combined comfort and practicality, in simple yet flattering designs.

Born and bred in Market Drayton, Lynda has a varied background which ranges from financial services, retail to national hunt racing and she owns a nutty Thoroughbred X called Harry, who she describes as being the most cheekiest, sensitive and affectionate horse she has ever known! Although they don’t compete they enjoy many hours together hacking out, popping a few logs and going for a good gallop. She has a passion for Thoroughbreds, which began when she worked for the legendary jump jockey Tim Brookshaw at his racing stables in Lostford, days which she considers as being some of the happiest times of her life.

Lynda believes whatever your age, living the equestrian lifestyle you can still be stylish. You don’t need to follow the pack, you can lead it with fabulous garments that offer an alternative fashionable look for the individual in you.
