Shopping
The easiest way to shop with Wileq is online via the website using the trusted PayPal checkout procedure, but you may also purchase our products by phone or post. To place your order by phone please call 01630 658499. To place your order by post please print off and complete our mail order form. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Wileq.

Overseas Orders
At the present time orders from within the European Union and other countries can only be placed by mail order or telephone. Therefore to purchase our clothing from outside the UK, please email sales@wileqdesigns.co.uk or telephone 01630 658499 for assistance.

Delivery
Delivery charge within the Uk: £3.95
Delivery within the European Union: £9*
Delivery to all other destinations: £14*
*This is a minimum charge. Weight dependant and subject to review in rare cases. We will contact you in such an event.
One delivery charge is payable per order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered to you.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and a signature is required on receipt.

Returns and Guarantee
We hope you will be delighted with your Wileq purchase, however if for any reason you are not, then please return the clothing unworn and in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will either exchange the item, provide a full refund or issue a credit note. For exchanges please note that a standard delivery charge will apply. Should you need to return goods please obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office. This will ensure that in the event of the goods being mislaid in the post you will receive your exchange or refund.

In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty please accept our apologies and contact us for assistance. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds exclude postage unless the goods are faulty.

Products
We take great care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at any given time. Colours indicated are a guide only as colour reproduction is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All offers are subject to availabilty and may be withdrawn at any time.

Pricing
Wileq products are priced in pounds sterling and are VAT exclusive. Goods ordered from outside of the UK may be liable to customs and import duties on delivery to the country of destination. Wileq are not responsible for any duties that may be payable.

Customer Service
Wileqs aim is to provide the best possible service to our customers. Should you have any queries about your order or our products, would like to comment on our website, or would like to make a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us by email, phone or post.

In the event of a complaint we aim to respond to you within three working days, informing you of our intended course of action.

Privacy and Personal Information
Wileq respects the privacy of our customers. Your personal information is processed and kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with outside companies or mailing lists.

All personal information you enter in our database is used to process your order and is kept for the purpose of allowing you to check your account status and so that you may receive notifications about your account.
Wileq may from time to time use the information you provide to keep you informed of important changes to our website, new products or other information we think may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive this information please advise us that you wish to opt out.

On purchasing from the Wileq website you are entering into a legally binding contract and as such accept our terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions shall be governed according to the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.Your statutory rights are not affected.

Competitions
Wileq competitions are free to enter. Entries from Wileq employees and their families are not permitted. Prizes are clothing from the current Wileq range and subject to availablilty.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. They apply to every order placed by the customer to the exclusion of any alleged terms and conditions of the customer.
